In 1901 Thomas R. Pearce, aged 33, born in Mylor Cornwall, coast guard, and wife Caroline E. Pearce, aged 29, were living at Roman Bank, Ingoldmells Lincolnshire.

In November 1910 Thomas Robert Pearce, naval pensioner, was granted Administration of his late father's personal estate.

In 1911 Thomas Pearce, aged 43, born in Mylor, married (wife absent), naval pensioner & domestic gardener (own account) was living in Weir, Mylor Bridge. Present were sister Clara Pearce (46) of Mylor, domestic cook, nieces* (born in St. Ives): Mabel Rouncefield (19), Gladys Rouncefield (18), Dorothy Rouncefield (16).
