In 1901 Clara Pearce, aged 36, born in Mylor was working as a domestic cook at 30 Worthing Rd., Portsmouth Hampshire.

In November 1910 Clara Jane Pearce and her sister Ellen Mabel Pearce, both spinsters, were granted Administration of their late mother's personal estate.

In 1911 Clara Pearce, aged 46, born in Mylor, domestic cook, was staying with her brother Thomas Pearce.

In 1921 Clara J. Pearce, aged 56 years 1 month, born in Weir, Mylor, single, home duties, was visiting Gladys C. Rouncefield, married, at 3 Parr Ave., St. Ives, Cornwall.
