Gives to his wife Ann an annuity of £3 for the term of her natural life, the milk of a cow, the lease, and his chamber.
Gives 1 shilling to his eldest daughter Margery.
Gives a three-year-old heifer to his grandson Thomas Banfull.
Gives a ewe and a lamb to his other grandson Bicktill Banfull.
All the rest of his goods & chattels he gives to the rest of his daughters, namely Mary, Miriam and Almaye, appointing them co-executrices of his last will and testament.
