In 1871 William Paull, aged 26, born in Camborne Cornwall, farmer of 30 acres, and wife Elizabeth Paull, aged 25, born in Ludgvan Cornwall, were living in Merry Meeting Farm House, Camborne. With them was daughter Lucy M. (1) of Camborne.

In 1881 William Paull, aged 36, born in Camborne, farmer of 50 acres, and wife Elizabeth Paull, aged 35, born in Ludgvan, were living in Roseworthy (Merry Meeting), Camborne. Present were children (born in Camborne): Lucy (7) [sic], scholar, William (5), Nancy (2).

In 1891 William Paull, aged 47, born in Camborne, farmer, and wife Elizabeth Paull, aged 45, born in Ludgvan, were living in Roseworthy, Camborne.
