Gives 10s. 6d. to his brother John Cock.
Gives £15 to his sister Mary Foxwell.
Gives £20 to his brother James Cock, as well as an annuity of £5 out of his estate for as long as the said John Cock lives.
Gives £5 to his niece Alice Carthew, to be paid to her when she turns 20.
Gives £5 to his niece Elizabeth Carthew, to be paid to her when she turns 20.
Gives £10 to his nephew Francis Carthew, to be paid to him when he turns 21.
Gives one guinea of gold to his aunt Jane Petherick.
All the rest of his goods, estates and effects he gives to his brother William Cock whom he appoints sole executor of his last will and testament.
