WILL OF JANE ANGOVE:

In the name of god amen, the first day of Aprill in the yeere of our lord god 1602 I Jane Angove of the parrish of Illagan w'thin the Countie of Cornwall widdow beeinge of perfect remembrance I praisse god for the same doe ordaine and make this my laste will and testament in manner and forme followeth ffirste I bequeath my soule unto Allmightie god my maker and redeemer and my bodie to be buried in the Churche of Illagan aforesayd Item I geeve to the poore of the parrish of Illagan aforesayd v sh. to be paid immediately upon my decease Item I geeve to the poore ofthe parrish of Unie Redruthe v sh. more to be paide in like manner. Item I geeve unto Johan my daughter the wife of Robert Tresadderne one Cowe or fortie shillings for the sayd Cowe. Item I geeve to Margarett my daughter the wife of John Hawis one Cowe or fortie shillings for the sayd cowe. Item I geeve more to the sayd Margaret to wit one fetherbedd and one brasse pott wch my sayd daughter hath now in her custede. Item I geeve to Allexander Hawis sonne to the sayd John Hawis one heffer of three yeres olde or twentie six shillinges for the same. Item I geeve to my daughter Marie wife of John Tranocke one cowe or fortie shillinges for the same. I geeve to Agnes the daughter of the sayd John Trannocke my god daughter one heffer of three yeres olde or twentie six shillings for the same. Item I geeve unto Allexander my sonne one oxe or fiftie shillinges for the same. Item I geeve unto Reynold my god sonne the sonne of Allexander Angove one heffer or twentie six shillinges for the same. Item I geeve to John Hockin one cowe or fortie shillinges for the same. Item I geeve to John Angove the sonne of John Angove decessed tenn shillinges in monie. Item I geeve to Jane Angove the daughter of the sayd John Angove decessed one brasse pann conteyinge by estimation xxxtie gallons or thereaboutes and one brassen Crocke conteyninge by estimacon fower gallons. Item I geeve to Elizabeth the daughter of the sayd John Angove one panne of brasse conteyninge by estimation sixteene gallons or thereaboutes and one brason Crocke conteyninge fower gallons or thereaboutes. Item I geeve unto Margerie daughter to the sayd John Angove one brassen panne conteyninge by estimacon xxtie gallons or thereaboutes and one brassen Crocke conteyninge six gallons or thereaboutes. All the reste of my goodes not geeven nor bequeathed moveable or immoveable of what qualitie soever they bee in whose handes soever they bee I geeve and bequeathe unto Richard Angove the sonne of the before sayd John Angove late decessed whome I doe make my whole and sole executor and to see this my last will and testament performed.
