Jane was bequeathed £20 in her father's Will (1649).
Jane Fox was the sole executrix of her husband's Will (1659) in which he bequeathed her his tenement in Tregagoran in Illogan parish.
In 1664 Jane Fox of Illogan paid 2 shillings tax for one hearth.
Jane Fox of Illogan, widow, and her son-in-law Richard Williams of the same parish, husband of her daughter Grace, paid bond of £100 for Administration of the goods and chattels of Jane Fox her daughter.
An inventory of the goods and chattels of Jane Fox late of Illogan deceased was taken 27 May 1670 and valued at £40. Administration was granted to the said Grace wife of Richard Williams on the same date. The following account was taken:
10 shillings was paid to the parson.
10 shillings was paid for a coffin.
15 shillings was paid for dofe.
3 shillings was paid to the sexton for making the grain.
6 shillings 8 pence was paid for burying in the church.
4 shillings was paid for a shroud.
2 shillings was paid for two women to wash.
3 shillings nine pence was paid for three quarts of brandy.
