This evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elam Biggs on Colfax avenue, their daughter, Miss Amy, will become the wife of Ernest Crase. Both are well known in this city, having been born here and educated together in the city schools.
The parlor of the Biggs home has been prettily decorated with sweet peas, pink and white being the prodominating colors. A large floral bell erected in the middle of the parlor adds greatly to the beauty of the room.
The ceremony will be performed at 9:30 p. m. by Rev. C. E. Winning of the Methodist church. The bride will enter the room on the arm of her father and will be given by him to Mr. Crase. Miss Biggs will be attended by Miss Rosamond Fawcett and Miss Lottie Sims, while the groom will have as his attendants Clinton Crase and LeRoy Harris.
The bride will wear a dress of white messaline silk and will carry a shower bouquet of white sweet peas. Miss Fawcett's dress will be of a beautiful old rose shade and Miss Sims will wear a gown of soft white silk. The bridal procession will enter to the strains of the Mendelssohn wedding march, which will be played by Miss Camille Angove.
Miss Biggs is the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elam Biggs and by her pleasing disposition has won for herself a legion of friends. She has many accomplishments and will be an invaluable helpmate to the man of her choice. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Crase of Murphy street and is in the employ of the Clinch Mercantile Company. He has many sterling qualities and is bound to succeed in this big world. 9
