"Died at French's Forest.
We very much regret to report the death at his residence, French's Forest, on Saturday, of Mr. G. H. Turvey, aged 45 years. Mr. Turvey, who is a son of Mrs. Luke Jones, of Mudgee, was very well known in this district. He was for 18 months employed as chemist at Lester's Pharmacy, Mudgee, previous to which he conducted a chemist shop at Dunedoo. " 6

Will of George Turvey late of French's Forest, Chemist, written 27 Mar 1908, probate 29 Mar 1920.
This is the last Will and Testament of me George Turvey, Chemist, Henty, N. S. Wales. After payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my wife, Helene Ethel all my property, and I appoint her sole Executrix — dated this 27th March 1908. Signed by the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time, and at his request, and in the presence of each have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses. O. Voss, L. H. Bohlsen.
29th March 1920. On this date Probate of the Will of the said deceased was granted to Helene Ethel Turvey of French's Forest near Manly, Widow, the sole Executrix named in the said Will. Testator died at French's Forest 4th February 1920. Estate sworn at £49-6-7. 10
