Abstract of the Will of Rebecca Vivian of the Parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall, Widow, written 13 Jan 1808, proved 18 Oct 1808. 4

Gives to her daughter Grace Bennetts 1 tray and tea kettle, and an annuity of 1½ guineas.

If her sons Richard and Jas Vivian return they shall have the house. If they do not return or until they return, she gives the same to her grandson Richard son of Henry and Elizth Vivian.

Gives 5 shillings to her son Jno. Vivian should he return and demand the same.

Gives all her effects to her son Henry Vivian, appointing him sole executor.
