Athenasius TONKEN

   Research Notes:

No christening record can be found for Athenasius. However, it is highly probable he was a grandson of Athenasius Tonkin (1609-1662) who had but one son who married and had children, namely Anthony. Hence Athenasius as son of Anthony is tentative but plausible. His birth is estimated, after Mary (1680) who died young, and before Mary (1688).

   Marriage Information:

Athenasius married Mary ODGERS, daughter of Samuel ODGERS and Mary VYVIAN, on 19 Nov 1709 in Wendron, Cornwall. (Mary ODGERS was born in 1678 in Constantine, Cornwall, christened on 24 Nov 1678 in Constantine, Cornwall and died on an unknown date.)
