Property: stamping mill called Nance Stamps in Lelant, now in possession of (2) and John Banfield. Part of Connerton manor.
Consideration: 6 guineas. Rent and dues as usual.
Term: 99 years, on life of John Banfield aged 21, son of John Banfield senior; term to commence from the deaths of Ann Banfield and John Banfield senior.
Note at foot: `The above said John Banfield is to be made a party to the lease jointly with Edward'.

Consideration: surrender of two former leases, one dated 4 November 1737 determinable upon the death of Edward Banfield; the other dated 10 May 1754 and determinable upon the death of (2); and £21.
Term: 99 years, on lives of (2) and brother Francis aged about 16; to commence from the death of John Banfield, father of (2).
Rent: 13 shillings 4 pence. One capon yearly or 12 pence. One harvest journey or 6 pence. Heriot of one best beast or £3 at deaths of the lives.
