In 1871 Mary Ann Richards, aged 46, born in Mawgan Cornwall, and husband Richard Richards, aged 50, born in St. Keverne Cornwall, farmer of 75 acres employing 3 labourers, were living in Gwendreath, Grade Cornwall.
