In 1851 Margaret Williams (29) of Llanystyndwy and husband William Williams (39) of Llanfachraeth Anglesey, farmer's baillif, were living in Canton House, Llanystyndwy. Present was son John (2) of Llanystyndwy. [Eldest son William was with his maternal grandparents.]
In 1861 Margreat Williams (39) of Llanystyndwy and husband William Williams (50) of Llanfachraeth Anglesea, farm bailiff, were living in Britannia Cottage in Llanystumdwy Caernarvon. Present were children (born in Llanystyndwy): John (12), scholar, Mary Ann (9), scholar, Rowland Jones (3), Robert Jones (4 mo). [Margaret's parents were also living in Britannia Cottage with whom Margaret's & William's eldest son William, age 13, was staying.]
In 1871 Margaret Williams (47) [sic] of Llanystymdwy and husband William Williams (60) of Llanfachreth Anglesea, farm bailiff, were living in Brittania Cottage, Llanystymdwy. Present were children (born in Llanystymdwy): Rowland J. (13), scholar, William J. (23), draper, Robert J. (10), scholar. Margaret's daughter Mary A. Williams (19), general domestic servant, was with her widowed grandmother Dorothy Jones in the same cottage.
In 1881 Margaret Williams (55) [sic] of Llanystyndwy and husband Williams Williams (71) of Llanfachreth Anglesea, were living in Brittania Cottage, Llanystyndwy. Present was daughter Mary A. Williams (29).
