Abstract of the Will of William Parry of Llwyn Street Llanbedr, farmer, written 4 Jul 1843, proved 4 Jan 1844.

Refers to an Indenture of Lease and Release dated 20-21 Nov 1805 being his marriage settlement, the messuage or tenement called Cilbrowrhydd in the Parish of Llanfair with the sum of £80 as portion for his younger children, as follows:

- £60 to his daughter Elizabeth Edwards
- £10 to his daughter Margaret Owen
- £5 to his daughter Gwen Morgan
- £5 to his son John Parry

Gives and bequeaths £100 to his grandson William Edwards son of Mr Edward Edwards.

Gives and bequeaths his farming stock, implements of husbandry and his goods & effects at Tymawr in the Parish of Llanegryn to his Executrix upon Trust to sell the same and invest in good & sufficient security, £40 of the interest of which to go to his daughter Margaret Owen for life, and the remainder to his daughter Gwen Morgan for life.

Gives, devises and appoints all his ---?--- on Llanbedr Mountain and all other his real estate not comprised in his marriage settlement to his daughter Elizabeth Edwards for life for her sole & separate use, and after her decease to his son and heir William Parry.

All the rest & residue of his personal estate he gives and bequeaths to his wife Margaret Parry whom he appoints sole Executrix of his last will and testament.
