At the time of the 1881 England Census Frederick Lampard, age 26, born in Islington Middlesex, importer's book keeper, and wife Eliza H, age 26, born in Islington, were living at 128 Winston Road, Stoke Newington St. Mary, London. With them were daughters (born in Dalston): Maud A (3) and Lilian A (1).

At the time of the 1891 England Census Frederick Lampard, age 36, born in Kingsland London, cashier [for a] wholesale grocer, and wife Eliza, age 36, born in Spitalfields London, were living at 11 Egmont St., St. Paul Deptford Kent.
