Conveyance (Feoffment) by Sibyl Reighnolde of Woodham Walter, widow, to George Cressener of Bletherwick, Northants, her son, of a messuage with a garden in the town of Earls Colne, between the messuage and garden formerley of John Collyer and afterwards of Colne Priory on one side and the cottage and garden late of the Priory and now in her own occupation on the other side, one head abutting on the land of the Earl of Oxford called Lowefeld and the other on the highway from Colneforthebridge to Halstead- Witnesses- Thomas Bridge John Weggen, Robert Eridge, Gregory Garrad, Thomas Pollin, Henry Clarke, Barthw. On 17 Nov 1580 George Cressenor was granted letters of administration of the estate of Sibyl Reinolds his mother. 5
