Lord of Tingry. The 1130 Pipe Roll records "Faram fil Will de Bolonia" in Surrey and refers to "noverca sua". "Pharamo de Tingri, Balduino de Caio…" subscribed the charter dated 1172 under which Matthieu Comte de Boulogne granted revenue from fisheries to the monks of Saint-Josse-sur-mer. 2
