The Genealogia Comitum Flandriæ Bertiniana, dated to the second decade of the 12th century, names "Ingelramnum" as son of "Lidricus Harlebeccensis comes". Lambert's Genealogia Comitum Flandriæ, also dated to the early 12th century, names "Ingelramnus comitem" as son of "Lidricus Harlebeccensis comes". The Chronica Monasterii Sancti Bertini names "Ingelramnum, militem probum et prudentem" as son of "miles…Liedricus" and his wife, noting that he succeeded his father in Flanders....

The Cartulaire de Saint-Bertin records the death in 825 of "Engerranus Harlebecanus etiam saltuarius", naming him second in its list of rulers of Flanders (without the title count), although it does not specify that Lideric was his father.... ²
