Gives and bequeaths £200 to her mother Jane Maskeline.
Gives and bequeaths £100 to her niece Elizabeth Maskeline.
Gives and bequeaths £100 to her maid servant Elizabeth Wheat, along with all her clothes, linen and woollen apparrel.
Appoints her son Richard Leach* sole executor of her last will and testament.
Witnesses: Susana Greene, Thomas Whitfeild
* It is possible that Richard was born from an earlier marriage of his father after whom he was named. Richard Leach, the son, is named as a beneficiary in the 1715 will of Jane's mother, Jane Maskelyne, widow, who does not refer to him as grandson, whereas all other grandchildren named in her will she identifies as such.
