Dorothy Littleale
- Born: Abt 1622, [Linton], Kent, England

- Buried: 28 Apr 1686, St. Michael and All Angels, Marden, Kent, England 2
General Notes:
9 x great-grandmother
Research Notes:
It seems likely that Dorothy was a member of the Littleale (Littlehale &c) family living in and around Linton, just over 4 miles distance from Marden where she and her husband raised their family. Hunton, where Dorothy Littleale and William Morter married, is between 3 and 4 miles from Linton and about 5 miles from Marden. While Dorothy's baptismal record does not appear in the Linton register, she may have been a daughter of Edward Littleale and Helen and had siblings Joan (b. 1618) and William (b. 1620). Helen wife of Edward Littleale was buried in Linton on 28 May 1627, whereafter he remarried to Joane Wood in Maidstone on 26 Oct 1630 and had daughters Margaret (1631) and Joane (1633) in Linton.
