For Robert fitz Maldred, concerning the lands formerly of Henry de Neville . Order to the same keeper and the sheriff of Lincolnshire etc.
To the sheriff of Yorkshire . The king has taken the homage of Robert fitz Maldred, who has to wife Isabella, sister and heiress of the aforesaid Henry , for the lands formerly of Henry de Neville . Robert has made fine with the king for his relief by 200 marks, to be rendered to the king at these terms, namely 50 marks at Easter in the eleventh year in 15 days, 50 marks at St. Peter in Chains in the same year, 50 marks at Michaelmas in the same year, and 50 marks at Easter in the twelfth year. Order that, having accepted security from Robert for rendering the aforesaid 200 marks at the abovesaid terms, he is to cause him to have full seisin of the lands formerly of Henry, of which he died seised, saving reasonable dower to Alice, who was the wife of the abovesaid Henry from the aforesaid lands, concerning which he has ordered him at other times to make over seisin. When he has accepted the aforesaid security, he is to signify this to the keeper of the bishopric of Durham and the sheriff of Lincolnshire by his letters, whom the king has commanded that when he will signify this to them, they are to cause Robert to have full seisin of the lands formerly of Henry in their bailiwicks.
