Bequeaths 15s. to the high altar of the parish church of Badeley for forgotten tithes.
Bequeaths to Agnes Valentyne toward her marriage 5 heifers....
Bequeaths to each of his servants who will be with him at the time of his death a year's wages.
Gives & bequeaths to his bastard brother Charles Maynwaryng an annuity of 26s. 8d. from the issues and profits of his lands in the county of Chester.
Bequeaths to the parish church of Over Peover his black velvet gown garded with gold cloth for the intent of making a cape for the use of the said church.
Bequeaths to the parish church of Badeley his green velvet jacket garded with gold cloth for the intent of making a cape for the use of the said church.
Bequeaths £4 13s. 4d. to an honest priest of the parish church of Over Peover to pray for his soul and the souls of his father and mother for four years after his decease.
