  Research Notes:

The Crónica Latina names “infante Ramiro, que fue hijo del infante Sancho de cierta dueña, hijo del rey García” as father of King García. Ramiro is one of the few examples of an individual, not the son of a king, who was described with the title “infante”.

Señor de Monzón. The testament of "Ramiro Sánchez rey de Navarra, yerno de Rodrigo Diaz de Vivar el Cid" is dated 1110. 1
