Abstract of the Will of Richard Buller of Shillingham in the County of Cornwall, Esquire, written Nov 1555, proved 12 May 1556. 1
Makes his wife Margaret Buller sole executrix of his last will and testament.
Appoints as overseers and trustees of his will his friends John Horsey, Sir William Godolphin, Knt., Renald Mone, John Buller, John Trelawney, John Reskymer, Peter Courtenay, George Kekewich and Thomas Malet, esquires.
Gives and bequeaths to his son Francis Buller all his leases, the profits from which shall be paid to his wife Margaret until Francis reaches the age of twenty-one years. If he dies without heirs, then he wills the same to his daughter Mary and her heirs. And if Mary dies without issue then he wills the same to his son-in-law* Edward Courtenay.

Bequeaths to his daughter Mary £20 in old gold, his best silver cup, his best silver salt, a dozen of his best silver spoons, his bracelet of gold and £100 towards her marriage.
Gives £10 to his son-in-law Edward Courtenay.
Gives to his uncle Thomas Buller his cloth gown furred with marterns.
All the rest of his personal and real estate he gives to his wife Margaret.
Gives a ring with a . . . . . . . to his son-in-law Peter Courtenay.
