Names as trustees his brother-in-law John Arundell of Trerise, Esq., Hugh Boscawen, Esq., Francis Godolphin of Trewensage?, Esq., and his eldest son and heir John Seyntawbyn.
Appoints his eldest son John Seyntawbyn sole executor of his last will and testament.
