Mandatum est assessoribus et collectoribus quadragesime in comitatu Heref', quod non intromittant se de quadragesime prioris de Wenlac vel hominum suorum; quia rex concessit eidem priori quod quadragesime sima sua et hominum suorum assideatur et colligatur per Nicholaum Wilileg' et Johannes Tete. Teste rege apud Wenlac, secundo die Decembris.

1240. Nicholas, son and heir of Warner, was a knight in 1231, but was deceased in 1255 ; he married Burga, daughter of Ralph de Pitchford, who survived him. They had a son Andrew de Williley, a knight, who was slain at the battle of Evesham in 1265. 1

Nicholas married Burgia de Pitchford, daughter of Ralph de Picheford and Margery le Strange.
