Sussex. Inq. Saturday the eve of SS. Simon and Jude, 30 Edw. I.
Halnak'. The manor (extent given), including a pasture called Mollecombe, held of Sir Robert de Mohaut by service of 4 knights' fees.
Walberton. The manor (extent given) held as member of the manor of Habiak'.
Bemham. The manor (extent given) similarly held.
Wodecote. The manor (extent given) similarly held.
John his son, aged 28, is his next heir.

Shyrebome. The manor (extent given with names of tenants), including a fishpond vivariurn) with pasture around the same, and woods called Prevet and Margarstone, held of the king in chief by barony doing the service of ½ knight's fee.

Basinges. The manor (extent given with names of tenants), including 100a. land called Benetfeld, a mill rendering 30s. yearly at the king's manor of Basingestoke, 30a. pasture called ' le Mershe ' rendering 20s. yearly at the manor of Basingestoke, 6a. arable in Iwude rendering 3s. 4d. yearly at the same manor, pasture and wood in the park, another wood called Shortehasel, and 50a. land in Iwude rendering 22s. yearly at the manor aforesaid : all held as member of the barony of Shyreborne.
