In 1871 Ella Bishop, aged 9, born in Cookham Berks, scholar, was with her parents in Village, Portslade Sussex.

In 1881 Ela Bishop, aged 20, born in Cookham Berks, unmarried, was visiting Alfred and Rose Goldsmith at 16 Devonshire St., Brighton Sussex.

In 1891 Ella A. Baker, aged 27, born in Berkshire, and husband Frederick G. W. Baker, aged 30, born in Southampton Hampsh., grocer, were living at 32 Islingwood Rd., Brighton Sussex. With them were sons (born in Brighton) Frederick G. (4) and Ernest W. (1y 11m).
