The Will with a codicil of the Reverend Frederick otherwise Frederick Andrew Bell Griffith late of Gooden House Heywood near Manchester in the county of Lancaster, clerk, deceased, who died 31 August 1865 at Gooden House aforesaid, was proved 16 November at Manchester by the oaths of Cecilia Grace Catherine Griffith of Gooden House aforesaid, widow, the relict, and Edwin Lowndes of Croydon in the county of Surrey, banker, two of the executors. ⁴
