Abstract of the Will of Thomas Gellett of the Parish of St. Peter in the East in the City of Oxford, Innholder, written 12 Jan 1828, proved 17 Jan 1829. 3
Gives, devises and bequeaths all his real and personal estate including his interest in the inn in the parish of St. Peter in the East where he now resides, to his father, Richard Gellett, in trust, to sell and pay one third of the residue to his wife Elizabeth Gellett, the remaining two thirds to be paid to his two children, share and share alike.
Makes his father sole executor of his will and appoints his wife Elizabeth and his said father guardians of his children.
