In May 1718 Margaret Hutchens was named as a beneficiary in her father's will, to receive £500 when she turns twenty-one or within three months after her marriage, whichever happens first.

In October 1718 Margaret Hutchens was named as a beneficiary in the will of her grandmother Penelope Hutchens, widow, to receive £50 when she turns twenty-one or within a month after her marriage, whichever happens first.

Abstract of Renunciation, dated 31 Aug 1742.

Whereas William Beauchamp late of the town of Penzance, chirurgeon, died intestate leaving behind no issue, and whereas the right of Administration of the goods, chattels and effects of the said deceased belongs to Margaret the widow of the said William Beachamp deceased, these goods &c. will be insufficient to cover his debts, and therefore said Margaret Beauchamp renounces and quits any claim to Administration, requesting it be granted to John Beauchamp and Francis Beauchamp gent. 2
