In 1801 Constantine Bradford was named in the will of his brother-in-law Thomas Nicholls Junr. as husband of Thomas's sister Mary. In the same year Constantine was named in the will of his father-in-law Thomas Nicholls Senr. as husband of his daughter Mary.

Gives his freehold messuages, farms, lands, tenements & hereditaments and his shares in the same in Trenissick, to Joseph Hosken of Ellenglaze in co. Cornwall and Henry Prynn Andrew of Bodrean in co. Cornwall, Esquires, in trust, to the use of his friend Richard Hosken of Carines in co. Cornwall, Esquire, and his son-in-law John Johns of Trevella in Crantock, Gentleman, and for the benefit of his grandson John Bradford Johns and his heirs. In default of such issue, then for the benefit of his grandson Constantine Bradford Johns and his heirs.
Gives an annuity of £50 to his wife Mary Bradford for life, permitting her to stay in the mansion house at Trenissick until his grandson John Bradford Johns turns twenty-one. If his wife decline living in Trenissick, then he gives her an additional annuity of £10 toward her house rent. And to defray the cost of keeping a milk cow and hiring a horse for her use, he gives an additional annuity of £40.
Gives an annuity of £25 to his brother Thomas Bradford during the remainder of his natural life.
Gives a legacy of £200 to his grandson Constantine Bradford Johns.
Gives legacies of £100 each to his grandchildren Richard Johns, Mary Johns, Gertrude Johns, Elizabeth Johns, Amelia Ann Johns and Maria Johns.
When his grandson John Bradford Johns reaches the age of twenty-one years, the farm is to be handed over to him for his own use.
Gives to Richard Hosken and John Johns his leasehold tenement called Treveale in Cubert, in trust, for his grandson John Bradford Johns.
Gives £19 19s. to his half-brother the Reverend Humphry Bradford of St. Columb Minor.
Gives £2 each to his cousins Diana Ferrel, Elizabeth Penna and Catherine Blight.
Gives his plate, linen, china, books, goods, chattels, household stuff and furniture, horses, bullocks, cows, sheep, corn, hay, implements of husbandry and the rest of his personal estate, to the said Richard Hosken and John Johns, in trust, for the use of his grandson John Bradford Johns after he has turned twenty-one.
Appoints the said Richard Hosken and John Johns co-executors of his last will and testament.
