In 1851 Mary Vivian, aged 50, born in Camborne, married, miner's wife, was living in Trelowarren Street, Camborne Cornwall. With her were children (born in Camborne) Mary A (28), school mistress, Caroline (16), tailor's assistant, Thomas (13), scholar, and grandson William Jeffery (4) of Camborne.
In 1871 Mary Davis, aged 74, born in Camborne, and (second) husband William Davis, aged 78, born in Camborne, miner, were living in Lower Vyvyan Row, Camborne. With them was William's daughter Wilmot Davis (32) of Camborne, unmarried, mine girl.
