Requests that his remains be interred near to his uncle Mr. Constantine Moyle in a walled grave similar to his.
Gives to his wife his leasehold house and premises in the borough of Bodmin.
Gives £20 to his sister Frances Moyle.
Gives £10 to his sister Sarah Thomas, and £5 each to her son and daughter William and Susanna.
Gives an annuity of £5 his brother Richard Moyle for life, to be paid out of his tenement called Jamees in Trethewern in the parish of St. Kew.
Gives an annuity of £2 to his nephew Richard Fradd, to be paid out of the same tenement.
Gives an annuity of 40 shillings each to the children of the said Richard Fradd, to be paid out of his estate of Tregelders.
Gives £50 to his godson Joseph Philp of Trevisquite in the parish of St. Mabyn.
Gives £30 to Francis the son of Mr. Samuel Philp of Pendogget in St. Kew.
Gives £10 to Mary, the daughter of Mary Jory of St. Kew, single woman.
All the rest of his real and personal estate he gives to his daughter Ann Moyle, appointing her sole executrix of his last will and testament.
Nominates Edmund Hamley of Menheniot in co. Cornwall and Mr. Samuel Philp of Pendogget aforesaid, trustees and guardians of his daughter Ann during her minority.
