Abstract of the Will of Henry Bennett of the Parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 15 Nov 1814, proved 2 May 1815. 4
Wills that his three daughters, namely Mary, Sabina and Elizabeth, shall have free access to reside in his present dwelling house (if they remain single) until the marriage of his son William and also after his marriage if they can so agree. Otherwise as such of his said three daughters who remain single shall have his kitchen chamber with the bed and bedding therein together with whatever of his household furniture may be useful to them until such time as they are married.
Also wills that his executor pays £5 each of his said daughters on the evening of the day of their marriages.
Gives 2 shillings and sixpence to his son Henry.
All the remainder of his real and personal estate, goods, chattels & effects he gives to his aforesaid son William whom he makes the sole executor and residuary legatee of his last will and testament.
