In 1861 Samuel Bennett (8) of Camborne, scholar, was with his parents in Treswithian, Camborne.

In 1871 Samuel Bennetts (18) of Camborne was with his parents in Treswithan Village, Camborne.

In 1881 Samuel Bennetts (28) of Camborne, carpenter, was with his parents in Treswithian, Camborne.In 1891 Samuel Bennetts (38) of Camborne, grocer, married, wife Mary A. (32) of Sithney, and daughter Cathrine (1) of Camborne, were with Samuel's widowed father John Bennetts (85) of Illogan, builder and grocer, in Treswithian, Camborne.

It appears that in the 1901 and 1911 Censuses, Samuel understated his age by a couple of years. Note that Samuel's age as provided by the informant when he died is equivalently understated.

In 1901 Samuel Bennetts (46) of Camborne, carpenter, wife Mary Ann (41) of Helston, grocer, and daughter Kate (11) of Camborne, were with Samuel's father John Bennetts (95) of Illogan, retired carpenter, in Treswithian, Camborne, Cornwal.

On 15 Jun 1905 Samuel Bennetts, carpenter, was granted probate of his father's personal effects.

In 1911 Samuel Bennetts (56) of Camborne, builder, and wife of 23 years Mary A. (52) of Helston (mother of 2 children, 1 deceased), were living in Treswithian, Camborne, Cornwall.

On 9 January 1924 Samuel Bennetts, builder, was granted probate of his sister Mary Ann Jackson's personal effects.
