In 1841 Mary Hawke (45) and [2nd] husband Phillip Hawke (45), farmer, were living in Tregninia, St. Ervan. Present were Philip's five children from his previous marriage, William Grose (7), and 2 servants.

In 1851 Mary Hawke (59) of Camborne and husband Philip Hawke (59) of St. Ervan, were living in Trevengenow, St. Ervan. Present were Philip's children Philip, George, Robert, James, Jane and William, William Grose (16) of St. Gennis, clerk - called "son-in-law" of Philip

In 1861 Mary Hawke (68) of Camborne and husband Philip Hawke (68) of St. Ervan, farmer of 120 acres, were living in Trenowth Farm Higher House, St. Columb. Present were Philip's children and grandchildren.
