Abstract of the Will of Henry Richard of the Parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall, written 3 Dec 1737, proved 27 Mar 1738. 3

Gives and bequeaths his house and land, household goods, stock and implements of husbandry and all other his effects to his 'cousin' John Richards the son of his brother James Richards.

Gives one shilling each to his daughters Susana and Elizabeth.

Gives an annuity of £5 to his wife Ann, along with a room, her bed and bedding, sufficient fuel, a half pound of tobacco a month and the little orchard by the mowhay for as long as she lives. After her decease the latter is to be returned to his executor, John Richards.
