Directs that his body be buried in the parish churchyard of Gwithian.
Gives 2 shillings for forgotten tithes.
Gives 12 pence to the poor of St. Udy.
Gives to Jone the daughter of Stephen Pawlye a two-year-old heifer. Gives one ewe lamb each to the rest of his children.
Gives one heifer each aged one year to the two daughters of John Whita as well as 30 shillings each that John Whita owes the testator.
Gives to Humphry the son of his cousin Willyams a round table board and a little chest.
Gives a ewe each to Wm and Anne the children of his brother Bawden.
Gives a half bushel of barley to Humphry Whita.
Gives 10 shillings to Richard Pensew the younger and to his daughter Anne one ewe and a lamb.
