After the payment of his debts he gives the remainder of his estates, goods and chattels to his two daughters Mary Dickenson and Margaret Dickenson, share and share alike, appointing them co-executrices of his last will and testament.
Nominates his father-in-law Mr. John Pender of the town of Penzance, merchant, his brother Leigh Dickenson of the town of Redruth, Esquire, and his friend Mr. James Pearce of the town of Falmouth, merchant, guardians and trustees of his two daughters until they turn twenty-one. If both his daughters die before reaching the age of twenty-one years, he gives their legacies to his brother Leigh Dickenson and such of his other brothers and sisters still living.
