Abstract of the Will of Thomas Trewhela of the Parish of Crowan in the County of Cornwall, Farmer, written 22 Mar 1824, proved 15 Jun 1824. 2

Gives to his daughter Ann Harvey the dwelling house on the moor now occupied by Thomas Trewhela the younger.

Gives £6 to his daughter Martha Williams and the dwelling house occupied by Christopher Harvey.

Gives an annuity of £5 to his son Thomas Trewhela, and the house he now lives in.

Gives to William Edmonds the house in Pellow Townplace.

Gives £5 to his daughter Esther Pascoe.

Gives £5 each to his grandchildren, the children of his sons John and Benjamin.

All the rest of his goods, chattels, credits and effects he gives to his daughter Ann Harvey and William Edmunds, appointing them co-executors of his last will and testament.
