Gives £5 to his wife Prudence Bawden and her furnished bed.
Gives to his daughter Catherine Code an annuity of £5 over forty years.
Gives £20 to his granddaughter Aurelia White, to be paid to her once she turns twenty-one.
Gives an annuity of £10 over forty years to his grandson Reginald Bawden.
Gives 50 shillings to the poor of the parish of Kea.
Gives to his son Hugh Bawden various lands in the parish of Gwennap.
All the rest of his estate both real and personal he gives to his son Hugh Bawden, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
