Gives and bequeaths £20 to his sister Susanna Hearle.

Gives and bequeaths £20 to his sister Mary Penhallo.

Gives and bequeaths £20 to his sister Luce Vivian.

Gives and bequeaths £5 to Elizabeth Tucker, widow of Philip Tucker of Gwinear.

Gives and bequeaths £5 to the poor of the parish of Gwinear.

All the rest of his personal and real estate he gives and bequeaths to his nephew Thomas Glynn whom he makes sole executor of his last will and testament.
