Gives 10 guineas to his daughter Abigail Thomas for mourning.
Gives £5 to his granddaughter Mary Thomas for the same purpose.
Gives £5 to his granddaughter Frances Williams for the like purpose.
Gives 10 guineas to his brother Charles Thomas and Mary his wife for the same purpose.
Gives 1 shilling to his sister Elizabeth Husband.
Gives £3 3s. to his cousin Mary Sleeman.
Gives 2 guineas to the poor of the parish of Veryan.
Gives to his son Farmery Thomas an annuity of £20 for the term of his natural life.
Gives £400 each to his said granddaughters Mary Thomas and Frances Williams.
Gives and devises all his lands, tenements and hereditaments to his son Richard Thomas, bequeathing to him the rest of his goods & chattels, appointing him executor of his last will and testament.
