In 1921 Kitty Jeffree, aged 55 years 6 months, born in Illogan Cornwall, and husband Francis Jeffree, aged 59 years, born in Gwinear Cornwall, tin miner at Tin Croft Carn Brea (out of work), were living Chariot Road, Illogan, Cornwall. With them were daughters (born in Camborne) Lily (21y 5m), single, fuse factory, and Freda (18y 8m), single, fuse factory.
In the 1939 Register Kitty Jeffree (b. 31 Jan 1864), widowed, unpaid domestic duties, was in Chariot Road, Redruth, Cornwall. At the same address was (Kitty's daughter) Freda Abrahams (b. 30 Apr 1903), unpaid domestic duties, her husband Gordon F. Abrahams (b. 24 Jun 1900), builder's labourer, and their son Francis G. Abrahams (b. 23 May 1937), under school age.

Mrs. K. Jeffree, Illogan Highway
The funeral of Mrs. Kate Jeffree, aged 80, of Chariot-road, Illogan Highway, widow of Mr. F. Jeffree, took place on Thursday at Illogan Church, the Rev. W. E. W. Wycliffe-Jones (rector) officiating. She leaves a son, Mr. W. H. Jeffree, and four daughters—Mesdames T. H. Uren, G. Vincent, E. Jose, and G. Abrahams. Mourners were Messrs. W. H. Jeffree (son), T. H. Uren, G. Vincent, E. Jose, and G. Abrahams (sons-in-law), R. F. and J. Richards, E. and F. Odgers, R. Thomas, S. Evans, W. H. Eva, and L. Lethlean (nephews), A. Richards (cousin), P. McCluskey (grandson), H. Billing, L. Abrahams, S. C. Moore, P. Mitchell, W. F. Andrew, and E. Davey....
