In 1841 Robert Marks, aged about 65, born in the county, ag. lab, was in Penponds, Camborne, Cornwall.

In 1851 Robert Marks, aged 77, born in Gwithian Cornwall, unmarried, retired farm labourer, was with his brother Thomas Marks and his family in Penpull Terrace, Phillack.
