In 1891 Thos H Treloar, aged 33, born in Illogan Cornwall, mining engineer, and wife Lilie, aged 26, born in Illogan, retired schoolmistress, were living in Trevingey Terrace, Redruth. With them was Thomas' mother Mary Treloar (53) of Illogan, widow, living on her own means.

In 1911 Thomas Henry Treloar, aged 53, born in Illogan Cornwall, retired metalliferous miner, and wife of 2 years Frances Henrietta Treloar, aged 40, born in St. Agnes Cornwall (no children), were living in Glamorem Park Rd., Redruth. With them were son Thomas Percyvale Treloar (19) of Redruth, photographer, and mother Mary Treloar (73) of Illogan, widow.

In February 1918 Thomas Henry Treloar, mining engineer, was granted Administration of his late mother's personal effects.

In 1921 Thomas Henry Treloar, aged 64 years 1 month, born in Illogan Cornwall, general manager & mining engineer (retired), and wife Frances Henrietta Treloar, aged 51 years 2 months, born in St. Agnes Cornwall, were living in Park Road, Redruth, Cornwall. With them were Frances' mother Anna Maria Richards (72y 6m) of St. Agnes, widow, Thomas' son Thomas Percyvale Treloar (28y 8m) of Redruth, married, timekeeper, and his wife Margaret Lilian Treloar (32y 4m) of Truro Cornwall, and their daughter Lilian Hetta Eileen Treloar (9m) of Truro.
