Gives and bequeaths a shilling each to his son John and his daughter Catherine, to be paid to them 12 months after his decease.
Gives a shilling each to his other daughters (unnamed), to be paid to them when they get married.
Gives and bequeaths to his son William the south dwelling house and garden as long as he shall live.
After the death or remarriage of his wife and the death or marriage of all his daughters, he gives to his sons Richard and Henry the great dwelling house, garden and three plots of ground.
Orders that no part of his premises be sold or mortgaged.
All the rest, residue and remainder of his leasehold premises and effects to gives to his wife and children so long as they remain unmarried.
Appoints his said son William sole executor of his last will and testament, and as guardian of his wife and other children.
