Wills that his funeral charges and just debts be paid.
All the rest, residue and remainder of his leasehold premises, goods, effects, chattels, household furniture, monies and securities for money, he gives, devises and bequeaths to his wife Elizabeth Carpenter for her own use and enjoyment and to maintain their children Richard, John, Samuel, Elizabeth, Catherine, Ann and Mary, until they reach the age of 21 years or marry.
Constitutes and appoints his said wife the sole executrix of his last will and testament.
Appoints his brother-in-law Matthew Rogers and his brother John Carpenter guardians over his children in case his wife die or remarry.
